Last night, my twitter homies @iTs_Khris & @niacoletta some how got on the conversation about shows we used to watch on Nick Jr & Nickelodeon when we were younger. Til this day, I still wish they would rerun the shows from the 80s-90s. The days where I'd rather be glued to the TV than running around with my friends all day then RUSH home before the street lights to avoid that whoopin I'd get if "i let the street lights catch me" only to hear my mom tell me "You smell like outside, go take a bath" .. leaving me to wonder.. WHAT THE FCUK outside smells like..

I can say by FAR Nickeolodeon had every other network beat with the after-school program shows. Even though, I'd often catch myself watching Bobby's World and Magic School Bus. Disney Channel? Not so much, just loved the movies. How many fuckin Aladdin's did they make? I swear Jafar returned HELLA times from his death only to come back full-throttle in a TV show. Which reminds me of the movie Free Willy.. They freed Willy like 5 times didnt they? Sheesh!

Anyways, you know what show got me SUPER hype last night.. The Busy World of Richard Scarry? I definitely would go HAM when this show was coming on.. If you dont remember let me refresh the mem with the intro. That little worm had me SO excited to learn new things. Tell me WHAT cartoon these days makes a little kid actually want to learn? Dora? Then we had the afternoon Nickelodeon.. Clarissa Explains It All.. I used to always wonder why she never got in trouble for having someone of the opposite sex climb a ladder into her window at any given time and her parents were THAT cool wit it. Salute Your Shorts, by FAR my favorite show, I thought Bud was the FUNNIEST dude in the world. My Brother & Me.. *Dont HOLD your breath* Pete & Pete .. this show was weird but continuously watched it. Hey Dude.. I dont think this show lasted long.. I HATED IT!! Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren & Stimpy (the GROSSEST cartoon) Angry Beavers, and Doug!! - These were considered the NickToons

Then there was Teen Nick aka SNICK: Legends of the Hiddle Temple, Are you Afraid of the Dark (definitely NEVER saw one episode of this show.. too scary) All That.. Wild & Crazy Kids (OMG, I always ALWAYS always wanted to be on that show) .. and The RoundHouse.. <-- lmao. loved it..


In short, if they brought back the old Nickelodeon.. I'd definitely stay home from work bc my DVR would be BEYOND booked. I miss it, I just wish the kids these days had the programming we had. Something educational...

Damn, so Gaines Adams passed this morning. He was only 26. Said he had a heart attack due to an enlarged heart. The stories brewing around so far are saying its due to some supplements (non-steroids) that he may have been taking. I swear to you young adults are suffering from heart attacks too common. Makes you wanna reevaluate your health when someone who's so active in a professional sport can suffer from a heart attack.

I am too sad about this, I knew Gaines when he played for the Bucs. We didnt hang out or anthing, just knew each other in passing and I was QUITE found of his glutes. =) I remember he played in a charity basketball game for Ernest Graham in May 2009 and the ENTIRE game I watch his booty jiggle up and down the court.. I LOVED IT. .. i know i know. Just had to make myself laugh.

Make sure to send a prayer out to his family as they death with his sudden death.

I just got home from my ex's grandmothers wake. First, it was hella sad definitely brought back memories of my grandmothers funeral. Had to fight back the tears a couple times and just to see everyone's pain was hard too because i know EXACTLY how they all feel. Losing the rock of your family is always hard. I know when my grandmother died my family hella fell apart, people stopped talking to each other and there was just drama left and right. Fortunately everything is back to normal. Some people just deal with their pain differently.

Second, no matter how hard I try or what I do, my ex will NEVER leave my life. I'm sure of it. I've changed my number, blocked him from my MySpace and Facebook and that's all failed. I'm still really close with his family and they all get so excited to see me. Besides the fact that my heart races and i get butterflies when I see him, there's nothing I can do about it. We've both moved on and we dont speak unless we see each other which is less than never. But when I saw him today, i had to stop myself from smiling from ear to ear. Mostly because through his sunglasses I could see the pain he was feeling. Him and his gma were hella close and I know he's taking it HARD. I just want God to give me a reason as to why he hasnt departed from my life yet. All my ex's i'm still friends with because we ended on good terms and if we didnt, after a few we put our past behind us. But THIS nigga.. THIS nigga right HERE.. we ended on the worst terms that terms can end. He played me harder than a nigga defending Kobe n the clutch. And til this day it's still affecting me in ways BEYOND my control. But I'm getting it handled and once it's all said and done, i'll be back! He gave me his number again and it's KILLING me trying to hold myself from blowing his shit up.. but i'll refrain from reentering my past.

TAMPA — A 23-year-old University of South Florida student was jailed on sexual battery charges after police said he forced himself on a woman in her dorm room.
Samuel Cesaire of 18134 Bahama Bay Drive in Tampa knew the woman through her roommate, who invited him to spend the night in her Kosove Hall dorm room Tuesday night, according to an arrest affidavit.
At about 7 a.m. Wednesday, police said the woman woke up to Cesaire raping her in her bed. She pushed him off her and he stopped, police said.
Cesaire was arrested after midnight Wednesday and taken to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he remains without bail.
Meg Ross, spokeswoman for USF police, said Cesaire did not have a record or any on-campus criminal action prior to the arrest.
According to jail records, this is Cesaire's second arrest in Hillsborough County. He was charged in 2005 with using a forged bill or check.

Now my thing is, if he raped her at 7am, why did she wait until 6;49pm to report the attack? I've seen so many bitches call rape on a nigga..
